How do we store and project personal data?
Responsibly managing the privacy of your data is important to us
However, you interact with us personally, by phone, mail, over the internet or other electronic medium – we will be responsible with your data. We hold personal data in a combination of secure cloud-based computer storage facilities provided by Microsoft and paper-based files. We take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to protect personal data we hold from misuse, interference and loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure such as antivirus software and firewalls. We may need to maintain records for a significant period of time. However, when we consider data is no longer needed, we will remove any details that will identify you or we will securely destroy the records.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
